Chantels Quilt Finnished

Hello All I have worked hard on this quilt over the last week, and yay its all finished.I am very happy with the outcome but had a small problem when I decided to wash it, I used a wool batting and it shrunk a little as I know it can do but this has never been a problem before, it also bearded a bit so although it was not too bad when it dried I was a little disappointed and learnt a hard lesson. Here is a picture of the finished quilt. [caption id="attachment_67" align="aligncenter" width="300"] Chantels Quilt[/caption] Chantel had a great 21st birthday party. She was very happy with the quilt. Happy Quilting Sharon

Hi Sharon, this is Lisa from VGQ. I love your quilt..Oh I wish I could have the confidence to do that kind of applique..Im trying my hand at hand applique but Im not at all very good at it. I love the idea of doing it with a fine zigzag..maybe I should give that a go… Im looking forward to seeing your quilt finished!!
